Terraza Coirones Hotel - El Calafate

I recently stayed at Terraza Coirones for a few nights during my trip to enjoy the peacefulness of the lake. The staff were warm, kind, and always ready to assist. The breathtaking view of the lake from the balcony was simply amazing. I also loved the spacious upstairs lounge where I could do my yoga practice. Being away from the city center provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel played relaxing music that perfectly matched the mood.

Had nice stay for 1 night with helpful staff and stunning location away from the center of city. Location: the hotel was next to town centre as well as the lake. Besides, I explored Laguna Nimez Reserva Natural Municipal at a short distance from the venue. Enjoyed this small hotel, recommend.

Booked a room with excellent views of the lake and mountains. the breakfast was particularly nice, offering a wide range of meals. - the staff were very good and offered guidance. - This was a great and breathtaking location just next door to the center of El Calafate where the shops and restaurants are.

This hotel is a long way from the town centre. It takes about 45 mins to walk to the town centre and would not be a safe walk at night as the streets are very dark. They have no food or bar at the hotel (ordered in), other than breakfast. Staff tried to be helpful but were inexperienced.

The only good thing at the hotel is the view.

The hotel has not enough employees to provide a good service. The breakfast is terrible and there are no services at the hotel. When we were checking out the manager told us he would charge us 10% more for credit card payments. We were not informed that it would happen prior to the check out. We managed to pay cash in Reais. Further, they had no information regarding our reservation. As the hotel was not full and I had the confirmation from Booked.net, they gave us the room.

the hotel's location and view were absolutely stunning, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The fast internet and available transfers to the city were convenient as well.

Loved my nice stay for 1 night. the room itself was spotless and cozy and had an amazing view across the lake. - the bathroom was large, and the bed was comfy. - Very scenic and excellent location. - Everything was good, I recommend.

The rooms were a bit dated and some furniture had minor damage, but overall they were still comfortable. Unfortunately, the rooms did not have a mini bar or a fridge, which may have been useful.

The views from the hotel were fine, especially across the lake. It was worth the short taxi ride into town for these amazing views. The staff were helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond. The hotel was also the cleanest we stayed at in Argentina, a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful views, helpful staff, and cleanliness.

Absolutely nothing.

Having stayed over Easter weekend, we really enjoyed the Easter egg hunt organized by the hotel. The views from the communal areas were breathtaking and unforgettable. The complimentary shuttle service provided a convenient way to explore the area without worrying about transport costs.

The location was a bit far from the center, requiring guests to use transportation to get around. The room temperature was a bit too warm for comfort and adjusting the temperature was not possible.
